What To Look For When Hiring An Injury Attorney…

October 13, 2010 By Paul Giannetti

The best advice, having practiced law for more than 18 years, that I can give to those considering hiring an attorney is to choose someone who is responsive to your inquires.

How long does it take for the attorney to respond to your initial inquiry at his Law Firm? If you don’t get a prompt response to your inquiry, do you expect that you will receive prompt responses to all of your questions as the case progresses?

Next, consider whether or not you will have access to the attorney during your case? Do paralegals or secretaries call you back following your inquiry or do you have the opportunity to speak with the attorney who will be handling your case?

Having access to the attorney that you hire is of paramount importance to many clients. At our firm, we take pride in immediate responses to new client inquires. Once we are retained, we take extreme care to return each and every phone call in a timely manner and to be available for office meeting or telephone conferences with any client who wishes to discuss their case or have their questions answered.

Before you hire an attorney, it is your right to interview and question attorneys before retaining them. Finding the right attorney for your case will make a big difference to your level of satisfaction and the results that you get when your case is finalized.

If you would like to discuss your injury claim with me, please feel free to call. Rest assured you will receive a timely response.
